Grenache with Rolle and Tibouren. 50% vinified in oak, then five months with bâtonnage twice weekly. Very pale greyish pink. Smudgy, low key but intriguing nose. Mouth-filling and beautifully balanced. Lovely satin texture. Very obviously superior wine. Hugely appetising. Sort of meat and two veg in here with great persistence. A complex mouthful.
