Deep. dark ruby-red, is not opaque. The nose offers lovely, voluptuous & ripe red & black fruits. The fruit is concentrated on a lovely velvety-soft palate. Acidity is soft & alcohol is warming. This is a big & quite alcoholic wine for Margaux. Cedar & vanilla notes from oak ageing are seamlessly integrated on the mid-palate. The finish is warming, ripe & persistent.
