This smells beautiful. Greek thyme honey and fresh apricots and peaches. So much fruit! It's swimming in ripeness. Apricots, peaches, cantaloup melon, lime-mint syrup, green mango. Spicy finish. Nutmeg. Frisson of savouriness – roasted rice! This is utterly delicious. Incredibly complex. Very, very exciting.
