Crystal clear, elevated, cool character from the Moselle of the Rhine. Biodynamically farmed grapes, harvested from grey slate soils, spontaneously fermented in barrel and then matured in tank. Honey, propolis, acacia flowers on the nose, rooibos tea and herbal character on the palate. Over time, the wine opens up nicely, revealing its varietal character and showing notes of hay, coolness and mint.
