Chardonnay selected from the Clavoillon vineyard in the Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru area. The limestone-rich area was planted with pumpkins between 1959 and 1980. Since the late 1990s, the area has been entirely cultivated according to biodynamic principles. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and then for 6 months in small stainless steel tanks. The wine is fine filtered, if necessary, before bottling.
