This cuvée spent 9 years in cellar ! An exceptionnal champagne requires time…
To the eye, its beautiful golden color carries fine bubbles which unveils complex notes of a great maturity, with vanilla biscuit and wood aromas, followed by citrus such as lemon and mandarin, and then flowers and white fruits. The first sensation is of an extrem fineness, with notes of hazelnut, honeysuckle and a hint of citrus bark. The final is endlessly persistent.
