The 40 hectares of the Pieve Santa Restituta estate are entirely dedicated to the Sangiovese grape variety, perhaps the best known of the native Italian grape varieties. Three Brunello di Montalcino wines are produced from these vineyards: the basic Brunello, the single-vineyard Sugarille, and the Rennina, which is made from a selection of grapes from the estate's three vineyards.
