Within Barbaresco, this 25-hectare Sares Moresco vineyard is one of several plantations where the Sito Moresco grape originates. Its name refers to its former owner. The three varieties are fermented and macerated separately for three weeks. After malolactic fermentation, the varieties are blended and aged in oak barrels for 12 months. Varietal composition: 35% Nebbiolo, 35% Barbera, 30% Merlot.
