A blend of Syrah (85%) and Grenache Noir (15%) from 30-year-old vines with low yields, aged in new French oak barrels. The aroma combines ripe blackberry and blackcurrant with rich leafy notes. On the palate, these fruits take a back seat to cherry and raspberry, accompanied by excellent acidity and powerful tannins. The structure, texture and complexity of Gardarem are breathtaking.
