On the nose, it is indulgent with notes of ripe apple, mango, pineapple, bergamot, tea tree and Mediterranean herbs, of which thyme is the most prominent. In the background, a light breath of bread, vanilla and roasted nuts is already emerging. The bubbles of this bone-dry sparkling wine caress and pamper us with distinctive mineral notes.
