Tiara is Simonsig Winery's top red wine, made from the best grapes of the vintage. It is a typical Bordeaux blend of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot, and 4% Cabernet Franc. The aroma is extremely rich and complex, with notes of graphite, spicy cherry, and flowers, but we also find hints of licorice. A full-bodied, exciting wine, in which the use of oak is not excessive and the tannins are pleasant.
