Blended from several vintages for their freshness, opulence and structure, this champagne illustrates the full-bodied richness of reserve wines. With a low dosage, in Extra-Brut, the cuvée shares the characteristics of Carte Jaune, sophistication and purity, opulence and freshness, to exalt them to their paroxysm.
On the palate, the attack is as powerful as it is silky. Freshness, minerality and purity are then present. On the palate, they unite to reveal a parculiarly long finish, enhanced by saline touches.
