The Bourgogne du Jardin is a blend of old Aligoté Doré from the vineyards near Pommard and a second parcel of 90-year-old Corgoloin. Thiriet refers to the latter parcel as "my garden". It is rich in aromas and flavours of lemon curd and talc, yet austere and vibrantly fresh. It has a nice texture for the variety and amazing length and character.
