Hárslevelű grown on volcanic soil from the Hold Valley in Rátka and the Lapis vineyards in Bodrogkeresztúr. Old, 45-year-old vines, conventionally cultivated. Low vine load, 4-5 bunches per vine, so the sugar is stored in the canes and their resistance is improved. Hand-picked, fermented in tanks, no malic acid breakdown. No barrels are used, which could suppress the character of the production site. The aroma is thoroughly "linden," nectar, and white flowers. Long finish, creamy and lively, with more than 8 grams of natural residual sugar and 6 grams of acid in balance.
